Munich, Day 5 Part II

 Hi,

So here is Part II of the day.  Luckily not too much happened on Friday so we can catch up.

So continuing along through the day. The next stop was Galerie Door where the show was called Rabbits and Hares. Rabbits and Hares do show up in jewelry a fair amount of course they showed up in Joseph Beuys's work as well- How to Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare.

Next, we were off to visit Galerie Spektrum which used to be in Munich right near the Pinakothek but then moved to Euskirchen, Germany. This was the last hurrah since they decided to retire and just make their own work from now on. So the show was a mini-retrospective of the artists they have shown over the years.

First Ruudt Peters....as always an intriguing display.

Then the others .....

Herman Hermsen

Ramón Puig Cuyàs

Winfred Krüger

Georg Dobler

Next was a Japanese show organized by a student of Otto Kunzli's.

Takashi Kojima

Mikiko Minewaki

Shi Ruining

Mariko Sumioka

Itto Mishima

Fumiki Taguchi

The following show is work by David Bielander and Helen Britton.

This has been a pretty quick review of the rest of the day because now I need to get to sleep. I hope you enjoy the work I have chosen to show.

Hugs to you,
