I'm traveling again. As usual I am with the AJF group and this time in Lisbon.
After a long flight crammed into a very narrow compartment on Air Portugal I arrived at a super long line at the Passport control and then on to the Four Seasons Ritz. Unfortunately I wasn't awake enough to think about taking photos of Lisbon from the sky which was pretty spectacular. Sorry about that but I have to ease myself into the photographer role for the blog which usually requires a day or two.

Four Seasons- Ritz
This first day was pretty uneventful. Just staying awake all day was an accomplishment. But there were a couple of highlights. The hotel is lovely.

Plant decorations in the lobby
It has an old world charm on the inside and a nondescript architecture on the outside.
The food is wonderful in the hotel too - another plus. Here is my lunch of Caesar salad with delicate chicken pieces- the best ever
I also took a short swim in the pool and then had an omelette and a martini for dinner. Followed by 10 hours of sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little bit more interesting.
Until the next time.
Love,
Susan
